no problems with any of this months updates for me, seems to be a problem that only affected people who's existing cab file(s) were corrupted, probably a similar situation to the update that bricked every system with an undetected virus on it from 2 years ago just not quite as drastic a problem (at least a reboot loop you can invoke safe mode and get out of it )
